DELIVERY & RETURNS
Jupiter's Grace jewellery is lovingly handmade in Ireland and Scotland and many of the pieces available on my website are made specially to order, therefore I ask you please be aware of the delivery times. Please check individual items for dispatch times. If there's a piece you need for a special event, please email or phone me and I will do my very best to get it out to you more swiftly.
I cannot accept responsibility for any delays because of customs clearance procedures in the country of destination or any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
ALL ORDERS WILL NEED A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT.
*Please note, for some orders I make your jewellery once your order has been placed. Therefore the date of delivery time is from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when the order has been finished and dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGESRETURN POLICY
I want you to be delighted with your Jupiter's Grace jewellery purchase. To help ensure your satisfaction, I accept merchandise for return within 14 days of delivery. Return merchandise must be in original, new condition. Please be aware that sale items, exchanged items, custom orders, special orders and altered or sized items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
Return of online purchases
I hope you will be delighted with your piece of Jupiter's Grace jewellery, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase ~ if possible, I'm happy to adjust or exchange your item. If this is the case please notify me by either calling (+44) 7967545913 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for return:
- – Your purchase should not show signs of wear or damage.
- – Your purchase may not be engraved, altered, or resized.
- – You must contact me prior to returning the item.
Exchanges are offered at my sole discretion, I reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is returned after 14 days or that doesn’t meet the above requirements. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
I will process your refund as quickly as possible, returns typically take no more than five days to process. Your refund should appear on your card statement within one to two billing periods, depending on the date of return. Postage costs must be paid for and Special Delivery is recommended.

Pre-authorising your return

Packaging your return
It is important to package your return carefully. Return merchandise must be received with the sales receipt and all original packaging and enclosures. It is recommend that you use Special Delivery service to ensure it against loss or damage. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or if any error is made on my part of the order.
